Whistle Blower System

The whistle blower system is an internal reporting office as part of the whistle blower protection act (HinSchG).

This act provides protection in particular for natural people who have obtained information about violations in context of their professional activities and who report these violations to the reporting office as established by this act.

For LÜDECKE, trust and adhering to legal as well as social and internal rules are an integral part of the company culture.
This is why we offer the possibility to refer to the internal as well as to an external reporting office when information about a violation have been obtained.
However, we encourage to report suspicious issues to our confidential internal reporting office first. Every report will be handled with the necessary know-how and according to applicable regulations in a timely manner.
