Company

On about 8,500 square meters we have a lot to offer: Our own production halls, office building, customer and training center incl. roof terrace, a canteen as well as sufficient parking spaces.
These are very modern rooms with first-class equipment. As we develop, manufacture and sell everything ourselves, we keep growing.
Last but not least: the LÜDECKE-Park with a generously created green area, ideal for relaxing during lunch breaks as well as our own beekeeping with an excellent honey.

Location

Amberg – A Bavarian gem. Or, how we like to call it: medieval charm meets air art city.
With about 42,000 citizens Amberg wouldn’t be considered as metropolis, but also has plenty things to offer. The historical city counts as one of the best preserved medieval city complex of Europe and is attractive with many cultural events. Also, nature lovers will get their fill: along with the former state garden exhibition area and the Mariahilfberg, two high-quality local recreation areas lie in the middle of the city. Low costs of living, public transportation and a good access to the motorway complete the range. Not without reason Amberg was awarded as Top City 2015 resp. most liveable/ loveable City.

Corporate Culture

We are a medium-sized family business and we are proud of it. This is also reflected by our corporate culture.
We emphasize on an open and honest exchange, permanent communication, personal responsibility of the employees, variety of ideas as well as collegiality and mutual appreciation. We set a high value on teamwork – because only then we can grow together. The employees may always contact their supervisor directly. This also affects the executive board as well as the worker’s council. Both bodies are in continuous interaction with each other to find the best solutions.
Of course, you don’t want to miss fun during work. Thus, it might happen, that the boss is doing a barbeque during lunch break for the employees.
